I am Daniel Bezkool, and I am on the journey to becoming the best version of myself, and my purpose is to help others do the same. For as long as I can remember, the kitchen has been a personal outlet for expressing creativity. Manaryu Eleven is inspired by the intersection of my passions of the culinary arts, health and human optimization. My love, and fascination of ancient cultures and wisdom, runs deep. In particular, Hawaii, with their great respect to the land, and huge emphasis placed on harmony with nature. The Manaryu Eleven ethos is to bring this back to our modern day living. By choosing locally harvested organic produce, eating seasonally and sourcing from the land and sea. I create food that is nutrient-dense and stimulating to the palate.
The last 10+ years of my continuous research and experience has laid the foundation for the Eleven lifestyle, which I apply to every facet of my practice. Although, nutrition and food are important, going beyond those boundaries bring you to your best. With my training in classical Pilates as taught by Joseph Pilates, I am able to help client’s in all aspects of the physical body.
